“Jeff Torockio and his staff at Sport & Family Physical Therapy were incredible ! I can’t say enough for the quality of care received. At age 40, this was my first experience with physical therapy and I didn’t know what to expect. The therapy started immediately following ACL Reconstruction Surgery on my right knee last September. I thought I was in pretty good shape but the surgery did a number on my flexibility and strength. There were certain goals I had set from the beginning – ski at 5 months before the season ended; back to soccer at 6 months; and a triatholon at 8 months ! Jeff allowed me to work at my own pace for the most part but was careful to slow me down if it might cause harm in the end. The open atmosphere they have created in the office is perfect. Not only is the staff friendly and experienced, but I got to know many of the other patients who passed on valuable information based on their personal experiences with recovery.

I’ve recommended Sport & Family Physical Therapy to several of my neighbor friends whose teenagers were injured playing sports and in need of therapy. ALL were very happy with the results.

So how did I do with my goals?…All but one was right on schedule. And if it wasn’t for tearing my other ACL (believe it or not!), I would have reached that one too.
